• Design and configure enterprise structures - legal entity creation and registration, legal addresses, Operating Unit / MOAC analysis and setup, legal entity to ledger to OU associations, balancing segment / company code setup.
• Assess primary vs. secondary ledger requirements, reporting currencies, and multi-currency revaluation / translation / consolidation needs.
• Configure General Ledger - chart of accounts and segment values, journal sources and categories, journal approval, recurring/allocation journals, accounting calendars and GL interfaces from external systems.
• Define the period-close calendar and close checklist; drive reconciliation between sub-ledgers (AR / AP / CE / INV) and GL.
• Author BR100 setup documents and MD050 functional specifications for RTR reports and extensions; prepare and execute test scripts.
• Support GL balance / opening entry data migration, reconciliation reporting, cutover and post go-live month-end closes.
L4 | Experience Required: 15-20 Yrs
Oracle EBS Finance (Record-to-Report) Functional Consultant / Architect to design and configure legal entity, ledger, General Ledger and period-close solutions, including multi-org / MOAC structures, sub-ledger to GL accounting flows, reconciliations and statutory reporting.
