Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional analysis, design, configuration, and support for Agile PLM modules including:
    • Product Collaboration (PC)
    • Product Governance & Compliance (PG&C)
    • Engineering Collaboration
  • Manage item creation, change management (ECOs/CHG), product structures, and BOM synchronization between Agile PLM and Oracle ERP.
  • Ensure seamless integration between PLM and ERP for new product introductions (NPI), engineering changes, and configurable product structures.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain, and IT teams to interpret business needs and convert them into scalable system solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to item lifecycle, BOM updates, pricing setup, order errors, and QTC execution.
  • Conduct requirement workshops, CRP/UAT cycles, functional testing, and end-user training.
  • Prepare functional documentation such as MD50/BR100, configuration setups, and process flow diagrams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–12 years of functional experience in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Agile PLM (PC, PG&C, Engineering modules).
  • Solid functional expertise in Oracle QTC modules:
    • Order Management
    • Advanced Pricing
    • Inventory
    • GOP / Order Promising
  • Good understanding of item lifecycle, ECO workflows, product structures, and BOM management.
  • Experience with PLM–ERP integrations and product data handoff.
  • Ability to map business processes, create functional designs, and support end-to-end implementations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
