Oracle Cloud HCM US Payroll Specialist Consultant with strong expertise in end-to-end payroll implementations, compliance, payroll processing, and integrations. Candidate will have deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll for the US,
including federal, state, and local tax regulations, payroll costing, and integrations with financial systems.
This role requires hands-on configuration experience in US Payroll and Core HR, along with a strong understanding of payroll calculations,
year-end processing, payroll audits, and compliance reporting. The consultant will work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless payroll execution and compliance with US payroll laws. Certification in payroll and Core HR is a plus

  • 5-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules (Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, OTL, Talent Management, Compensation).
  • Lead RFP responses and collaborate with sales and technical teams to create comprehensive submissions that align with client needs and best practices.
  • Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and identify functionality fit/gaps, providing solutions.
  • Configure Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management based on customer needs, and document application setups.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within HCM modules.
  • Conduct client demos of Oracle HCM Fusion applications, tailoring presentations to highlight the value and address client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with project teams on reports, interfaces, data conversion, and application extensions.
  • Test and validate technical components, resolving issues as needed.
  • Support clients during test phases and resolve implementation-related issues.
  • Develop end-user documentation and training materials for Fusion HCM solutions.
  • Oversee offshore project deliverables for Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, etc.
  • Lead demos and discussions with onshore teams and clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective collaboration with offshore and onshore teams.
  • Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience for Global Human Resources.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through design and implementation of HCM modules.
  • Conduct client workshops, configuration, and training sessions.
  • Experience in creating workflows, security, and OTBI reports.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA (HRMS) preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Iterative development methodologies and experience with multi-cultural, geographically diverse teams.
