The Oracle Fusion HCM Analyst will provide functional and technical support, system configuration, and collaborate with stakeholders on enhancements, reporting, and compliance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, patch testing, and documentation.
We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional & Technical Analyst with strong expertise in supporting, configuring, and enhancing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a balanced functional and technical background, with hands-on experience in system configuration, reporting, issue analysis, and solution delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to drive continuous improvements, including patch validation and new feature implementations.

- Provide end‑to‑end functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), ensuring system stability, performance, and seamless user experience.
- Configure, support, and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Journeys/Talent, Learning, and HCM Security, in alignment with business processes and Oracle best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translate them into Oracle Fusion configurations and VBCS‑based solutions, and deliver scalable, maintainable functionality.
- Develop, support, and maintain HCM reports and data extracts using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts, including integration support for downstream systems.
- Manage and maintain HCM and VBCS security roles, data access controls, and approval hierarchies, ensuring compliance with organizational governance and security policies.
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues across Fusion HCM and VBCS, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely, effective resolutions.
- Perform impact analysis for Oracle quarterly updates, patches, and new feature releases across HCM modules and custom VBCS extensions.
- Execute and coordinate patch testing, regression testing, and validation activities, including documentation of results and remediation actions.
- Prepare and deliver status updates, release readouts, and solution walk‑throughs for stakeholders covering enhancements, defects, and Oracle release changes.
- Support the implementation and adoption of new Oracle Fusion HCM features and VBCS enhancements, ensuring alignment with HR, Talent, and Learning business priorities.
- Work closely with HR, IT, Reporting teams, and external vendors to support integrations, customizations, and cross‑functional dependencies.
- Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, including configuration details, VBCS design artifacts, process flows, test cases, and support guides.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, audit, and compliance standards across Oracle Fusion HCM, VBCS applications, and reporting solutions.
- Proven experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM in both functional and technical support roles, covering end‑to‑end implementation and post‑production support.
- Strong functional expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Journeys/Talent, Learning, and HCM Security.
- In‑depth understanding of HCM business processes, workflows, approvals, and best practices, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
- Hands‑on experience with HCM configuration, setups, and maintenance, including roles, data access, approvals, and security administration.
- Demonstrated experience designing and supporting workflows, approval rules, and validations across Oracle Fusion HCM and related extensions.
- Strong reporting and analytics skills using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts, including data analysis, extract delivery, and downstream reporting support.
- Experience building and supporting Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) applications and extensions, including custom UI pages, forms, validations, and integrations for HCM use cases.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion integration technologies, including REST/SOAP APIs, HDL, HCM Data Loader, Fast Formulas, and related interface mechanisms.
- Proven ability in issue analysis, debugging, root cause identification, and solution design across HCM modules and custom VBCS components.
- Familiarity with Oracle quarterly update cycles, including feature impact analysis, patch validation, regression testing, and release readiness activities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and functional concepts clearly to business and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience working collaboratively with HR, IT, reporting teams, and external vendors to support integrations, enhancements, and operational stability.
- Good to have Oracle HCM Cloud certification
