Implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Benefits. Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, training, data migration, solution workshops, integrations, Fast Formula development, reporting, technical troubleshooting, and batch-system optimization while collaborating with project managers, SMEs, technical teams, and customer stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities
Implementation and support across Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits.
• Design and conduct CRPs, SIT, UAT, and End User Training.
• Manage data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL)/PBL. Drive solution workshops with customer stakeholders and provide best practice guidance.
• Work closely with project managers, SMEs, and technical teams for seamless delivery.
• Develop HR integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Web Services (SOAP/REST), OIC, and HDL.
• Design and write Fast Formulas (Payroll/ABS/Benefits/Compensation/Element Eligibility).
• Build OTBI, BIP & Dashboard reports for Business HR & HR Ops teams.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the Oracle batch job system for performance and scalability.
• Collaboration: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
