We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Shared Technical Consultant with expertise across ERP, SCM, and HCM modules. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise and functional understanding, enabling them to support, enhance, and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR systems.
This role requires hands-on experience in reporting (OTBI/BI Publisher), integrations (REST/SOAP, FBDI), application development (VBCS, APEX), and end-to-end data flow across ERP, SCM, and HCM modules, along with strong skills in issue analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), patch validation, and implementation of new features and enhancements. The candidate should be capable of troubleshooting cross-functional issues and ensuring seamless system performance.

The candidate should be capable of troubleshooting cross-functional issues and ensuring seamless system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end technical support across Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, and HCM modules, supporting business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR.
- Develop, maintain, and support reports using OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) across Finance, Procurement, and HCM domains.
- Design and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and FBDI for data migration and system interfaces.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and extensions using VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) and Oracle APEX.
- Enhance user experience by building UI extensions, dashboards, and lightweight applications using VBCS/APEX integrated with Fusion.
- Analyze production issues, perform technical troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis (RCA), and provide effective resolutions.
- Support data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR data.
- Assist in the implementation of new features, enhancements, and automation solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Perform patch validation, impact analysis, regression testing, and post-upgrade verification for Oracle quarterly updates.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants (Finance, SCM, and HCM) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in performance tuning and optimization of reports, integrations, and custom applications.
- Maintain technical documentation, including TDDs, interface specifications, and support guides.
- Ensure effective communication with business users, functional teams, and stakeholders for issue resolution and delivery alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion technical support across ERP, SCM, and HCM modules.
- Proficiency in OTBI report development and BI Publisher (BIP) across Finance, Procurement, and HCM.
- Strong experience in integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
- Hands-on expertise in FBDI (File-Based Data Import) templates and data loading processes.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data analysis, debugging, and reporting support.
- Experience supporting key business processes:
- P2P (Procure-to-Pay)
- R2R (Record-to-Report)
- HCM (Core HR, Payroll, or related modules – support level)
- Strong ability to analyze issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and deliver technical fixes across ERP, SCM, and HCM.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion patch validation, regression testing, and quarterly upgrade cycles.
- Exposure to production support, incident management, and service request handling.
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion data model and security architecture (RBAC, roles, privileges) across ERP, SCM, and HCM.
- Experience in SIT, UAT support, and deployment activities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with Finance, SCM, and HR stakeholders.
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and support artifacts.
- Oracle Fusion technical certifications preferred (any of the following):
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Consultant Certification
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Fundamentals
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Certification
- Oracle BI Publisher Certification
