Responsible for designing and developing Oracle HCM solutions, particularly in Payroll and Core HR, including data migrations and dashboard creation.
Experience in Oracle HCM(Payroll module) Technologies tools like BI Publisher, OTBI Reports, Dashboards and data migrations using HDL data loads and HCM Extracts.
Expertise in analysis, design and development of Interactive Dashboards, and Ad-hoc Analysis using Oracle Business Intelligence suite of products.
Essential Skills:
-Hands on experience in Core HR, Payroll, Absence modules is must.
-Hands-on experience on payroll flows
-Expertise on Fast Formulas
-Problem solving skills
