The Oracle HCM Functional Consultant positions entails configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, conducting client demos, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with teams across locations to ensure client satisfaction.

POSITION SUMMARY
Exp: 5 to 7 years
- Good Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules
- Benefits & ORC as Primary modules with any other module as combination O
- Work closely with sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive and compelling RFP submissions. Ensure that RFP responses align with client needs and industry best practices.
- Conduct engaging and informative client demonstrations of Oracle HCM Fusion applications.
- Tailor demonstrations to showcase the value and functionality of the solution based on client requirements.
- Address client inquiries and concerns during demo sessions.
- Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules mentioned above
- 5 years or more of relevant Fusion experience in HCM modules and rest of the experience in EBS
- Identify functionality Fit and gaps and develop solutions to gaps, Communicating and interacting with clients
- Configure Core HR/Absence Management/benefits/payroll/OTL/Talent Management/Compensation based on customer requirements and document application set-ups.
- Functional troubleshooting in Core HR and Absence Management/benefits/payroll/OTL modules to identify setup issues and resolve the issues.
- Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
- Testing and validating various technical components for the issues and work them to resolutions and closure.
- Support clients with the execution of test scripts and resolve Issues raised in the various implementation phases.
- Develop end-user documentation and training materials for client users and administrators for use and maintenance for the Fusion HCM Solutions.
- Responsible for project deliverables from offshore for Core HR/Oracle Absence Management/benefits/payroll/OTL/ Talent Management etc
- Hold demos functional and technical discussions with onshore teams including the end customer
- Work with offshore onshore team to ensure client satisfaction’
- Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience based on business requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud Global Human Resources.
- Graduation or MBA (HRMS) preferred
- Exposure to structured software development life-cycle methodology (preferably Agile or Iterative development)
- Experience of working with multi-cultural teams in a geographically diverse environment.
