The Oracle HCM Senior Consultant will lead project implementations, customize Oracle HCM modules, develop solutions, mentor team members, and advise clients on HCM strategies.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Senior Consultant to lead and drive our HCM projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions and configurations to our clients. Your expertise in Oracle HCM modules will be instrumental in providing efficient and effective HR management systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Oracle HCM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules, including Core, Absence, Basic Payroll, and Recruitment, to meet client requirements.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions and automation processes to enhance HCM operations.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, helping them optimize their HCM strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HCM solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of HCM configurations and implementations.
- Document and maintain project plans, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM releases and industry trends, contributing to our team's expertise.
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle HCM modules, particularly Core, Absence, Basic Payroll, and Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices, with the ability to provide strategic guidance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience in managing and leading teams, including stakeholder management and client relationship building.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills, able to identify and resolve complex HCM issues.
- Familiarity with HCM industry trends and emerging technologies is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud or relevant HCM domains are an advantage.
