Looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in technical development, integrations, and reporting within Oracle Cloud HCM. Candidate should have experience in end-to-end implementations, working closely with functional teams to design, develop, and support HCM solutions. This role requires deep knowledge of Oracle HCM technical components, including HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), Fast Formulas, HDL (HCM Data Loader), OTBI Reports, and Integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP Web Services, and PaaS solutions).
The consultant will be responsible for developing custom solutions, automating HR processes, and ensuring seamless integrations with external systems.

  • Minimum of 4-7 years of experience developing solutions in Oracle Cloud

  • Must have experience in HCM extract and Fast formulas, OTBI, BIP/XML Publisher  and HDL

  • Proven ability to integrate HCM with third party providers such as ADP, Mercer, etc.

  • Experience on Data Migration through FBDI (File based data import) Templates.

  • Experience in Data Loading/Conversions using HCM Data loader (HDL) and spreadsheet loaders

  • Expert in Integrations Using Oracle Integration Cloud(OIC) Service

  • Must have Technical hands-on experience working on Full Implementation lifecycles of at least 2+ project

  • Expert in developing Inbounds and Outbound Integrations for Oracle SaaS Application

  • Expert on Web Services (SOAP/REST).

  • Experience working on the AIM Documentation writing Technical Specs, Test Script SIT UAT

  • Code Review and Deployment and SDLC Change Management process

  • Experience in application and SQL performance monitoring and troubleshooting
