Manage and optimize the Oracle HRMS system with a focus on Payroll, providing technical support, and developing enhancements, while ensuring data integrity, security, and team training.
We are looking for a skilled Oracle HRMS Technical resource to support our HR operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Oracle HRMS system, with a focus on Payroll. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle HRMS modules and the ability to handle technical development and support tasks efficiently.

- Manage and optimize Oracle HRMS modules, particularly Payroll, to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle HRMS-related issues, ensuring smooth system operations.
- Develop and implement new features and enhancements to the Oracle HRMS system, improving overall efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with the HR team to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Oracle HRMS.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Oracle HRMS system, implementing necessary access controls and backup procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle HRMS releases and best practices, suggesting and implementing improvements as needed.
- Document and maintain comprehensive records of Oracle HRMS configurations, customizations, and system changes.
- Train and mentor junior team members on Oracle HRMS best practices and system usage.
- Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle HRMS with other enterprise systems.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HRMS Technical roles, with a strong focus on Payroll.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules and their functionalities, particularly Payroll.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong programming skills, especially in Oracle PL/SQL, to develop and customize Oracle HRMS modules.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud or other cloud-based HRMS systems is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HR processes and best practices, ensuring alignment with Oracle HRMS configurations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- A relevant IT or HR-related degree or certification is preferred.
