Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Complete QTC Processes,
  • Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable QTC solutions.
  • Architect and implement complex pricing models, order flows, fulfillment logic, and integrations with surrounding systems (CRM, PLM, WMS, CPQ, etc.).
  • Manage end-to-end QTC lifecycle, including quoting, configuration, pricing, order orchestration, shipping, invoicing, and post-order adjustments.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops, solution design sessions, and fit-gap analysis.
  • Provide hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for high-severity production issues.
  • Support testing cycles (CRP, SIT, UAT), user training, deployment activities, and hypercare.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, customizations, extensions, and integration developments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–12 years of functional experience in Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle QTC modules, including:
    • Order Management
    • Advanced Pricing
    • GOP / Order Promising
    • Inventory
    • Shipping Execution
    • AR/Billing (good-to-have)
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end QTC flows: quote → pricing → order creation → scheduling → fulfillment → invoicing.
  • Proven experience in large-scale implementations, global rollouts, or migration projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with leadership teams.
