Own and execute Drivetrain’s organic growth strategy across SEO, content, community, and social channels. Build content for finance and FP&A audiences, manage technical and on-page SEO, use AI tools to scale workflows, grow LinkedIn presence, collaborate on conversion-focused assets, and analyze traffic-to-pipeline performance. The role requires independent, hands-on execution in a fast-moving B2B SaaS startup while adapting to AI-search developments.

We're hiring an Organic Marketing Lead to own and grow Drivetrain's organic acquisition channels — SEO, content, community, and organic social — as a primary driver of pipeline for our enterprise SaaS audience (CFOs, finance leaders, RevOps).
This is a builder role: you'll set strategy and execute, using AI tools to move faster and go deeper than a traditional organic team could.
- Own the organic growth strategy across SEO, content marketing, and organic social, with clear pipeline and traffic targets
- Build and manage a content engine (blog, guides, comparison pages, thought leadership) targeted at finance/FP&A personas in B2B SaaS
- Run technical and on-page SEO: keyword strategy, site architecture, internal linking, content refreshes, and performance tracking
- Use AI tools to scale content research, drafting, optimization, and repurposing — without sacrificing quality or brand voice
- Grow organic social presence (LinkedIn especially) — founder/exec ghostwriting, company page strategy, and community engagement
- Partner with product marketing and design on landing pages, comparison content, and conversion optimization for organic traffic
- Analyze funnel performance (traffic → signups/pipeline) and report on what's working, using data to prioritize the roadmap
- Stay ahead of SEO/AI-search shifts (e.g., how content performs in LLM-driven search) and adapt strategy accordingly
- 4–7 years in organic marketing, SEO, or content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of driving measurable organic traffic and pipeline growth
- Strong writer/editor with the judgment to know what's worth publishing
- Working fluency with AI tools as part of daily workflow — using LLMs for research, drafting, optimization, and workflow automation isn't a "nice to have," it's how you already work
- Comfort with SEO tooling (Ahrefs/Semrush, GSC, GA4) and basic technical SEO concepts
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Bonus: experience marketing to finance/FP&A or other technical B2B personas
