Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and performance of systems, and utilizing various tools and platforms to customize solutions. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain compatibility across systems while adapting features to align with organizational needs, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of application environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Strong knowledge of application configuration and customization within enterprise resource planning environments.
- Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability.
- Familiarity with software release management and version control processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM).
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
