Summary:
As a Salesforce AI Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and architectural direction across large Salesforce programs. You will guide multiple teams on technical strategy, solution design, delivery governance, and innovation initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture combined with hands-on exposure to Generative AI and emerging technologies.
You will be responsible for aligning AI-driven solutions with Salesforce platform capabilities and client business objectives, while ensuring scalability, security, and long-term sustainability across engagements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert with deep technical and architectural knowledge.
AI-first development across teams, and aligns technology execution with business outcomes
Define end-to-end Salesforce technical architecture across multiple projects and programs.
Architect scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Industry Clouds.
Define, enforce, and govern architecture standards and best practices across delivery teams.
Drive adoption of Generative AI–enabled use cases within Salesforce implementations.
Design and oversee intelligent solutions using tools such as Copado AI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, and similar AI engineering platforms.
Identify opportunities for AI-assisted automation, optimization, and productivity improvement.
Own technical estimation, architecture sizing, and effort planning.
Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies across programs.
Lead architecture governance forums, design authority reviews, and client workshops.
Provide advisory guidance to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
Collaborate with delivery managers and architects across multiple teams.
Ensure non-functional requirements including security, performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability are addressed.
Mentor and guide architects and senior technical professionals.
Support creation of reusable assets, frameworks, and accelerators.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have Skills
Extensive expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
Strong leadership in technical delivery oversight and architectural governance.
Deep understanding of cloud computing principles and enterprise architecture.
Strong experience with Salesforce integration patterns and data migration strategies.
Proven ability to design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
Hands-on experience with:
o Apex
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o Salesforce Flows
o Enterprise integrations
Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado or equivalent CI/CD platforms.
Experience implementing Generative AI use cases including:
o Prompt engineering
o Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
o AI-assisted automation
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Certifications Required
Salesforce System Architect – Mandatory
Salesforce Application Architect – Mandatory
CTA – Strongly Preferred
Agentforce Specialist – Preferred

Additional Information:
15+ years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
Experience managing multiple projects and delivery teams.
Exposure to enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation programs.
15 years of full-time education is required.
