- Strong understanding of application configuration and support within packaged or software as a service environments.

- Ability to manage software release cycles and maintain system stability and performance.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues in a collaborative setting.
- Familiarity with aligning technical solutions to business requirements while ensuring compatibility across systems.
