Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability of the system. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance across environments. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and implement improvements is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application performance and reliability through strategic planning and execution.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of application functionalities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Selenium.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to design and implement testing strategies that ensure application scalability and responsiveness.
- Experience in using performance monitoring tools and analyzing system metrics to identify bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting to support continuous testing efforts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
