What's Cool About This Job
Paid media plays a crucial role in our company's growth, with paid social and video being a key component of our strategy. We’re looking for a strategic and results driven paid media specialist to drive our GTM strategy across key customer segments, with a strong focus on accelerating growth in the mid-market and agency spaces.
 

The day to day.

  • Oversee a paid media agency responsible for execution and tactical planning.

  • Conduct audience research and competitive analysis to refine targeting and messaging for all segments with strong emphasis on mid-market and agency.

  • Analyze our paid social and video accounts for optimization and growth opportunities.

  • Conduct in-platform audits and develop strategies and optimizations for best-in-class execution strategies.

  • Implement regular testing to discover new ways to enhance our impact.

  • Collect, analyze, and present performance data to key stakeholders, highlighting each  segment’s contribution.

  • Manage a budget focused on driving conversions and revenue growth through both an ecommerce funnel, as well as an assisted buying motion.

  • Collaborate with creative and web teams to launch new campaigns and optimize the entire buyer journey.

  • Work with business units to develop and refine go-to-market campaigns, including multi-channel strategies.

  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends to identify opportunities.
     

Your skills and expertise.

  • 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and optimizing paid media campaigns at scale, with demonstrable business growth impact.

  • Expertise in Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Analytics.

  • Experience with Video and OTT advertising is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Data-driven decision-making approach.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Experience managing campaigns for a B2B company is a plus.

  • Experience with SQL/BigQuery is a plus.

Base Salary Range

$104,000.00 - $156,000.00

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the impact you have within the organization relative to the market value of your role. The estimated base salary range for this position is as listed above. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Our salary ranges are determined by job role and responsibilities and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for salaries for the position nationwide. The actual base pay will vary based on various factors including job-related skills and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
