How you'll make an impact:
This role is responsible for facilitating and deepening the relationship during the first key phases of our Partners journey with Xero, transitioning them from setup to product utilisation at pace as you guide and consult with Partners whilst they accelerate through the Xero Partner Program onboarding stages through to their first stages of growth on the platform.
You will be the first point of call for new Partners signing up to become part of the Xero Partner Program as well as helping with facilitating education, events and forums to support new Partners.
What you'll do:
- Directly liaise with potential Partners via email, phone, webinars and events, with a focus on the most effective means of engagement throughout the digital activation journey
- Qualifying partner leads that come in to Xero as you grow, develop and manage Xero relationships with Accounting and Bookkeeping channels
- Provide phone-based engagement with clients to handle day-to-day issues, responding in a timely manner, including those submitted via email
- Segment/ assess opportunities effectively
- Remotely influence and build rapport with potential Partners
- Maintain momentum and act as central point of contact and relationship owner for all of your assigned Partners throughout their onboarding journey
- Planning- Monitor patch, including assessing performance, system administration and preparation for timely handover
- Identify opportunities and respond accordingly using the available dashboard data and other reports developed under your People Leaders guidance
- Update CRM system with all practice communications including calls and emails
- Develop best practices processes to support repeatable activities
What you'll bring with you:
- Proven Telesales experience
- Ability to undertake outbound calls to customers in a consistent and timely manner
- Ability to quickly build and deepen rapport with multiple stakeholders via telephone/video calls and occasional face to face meetings
- Attention to detail and follow-up
- Process driven and takes ownership
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Self motivation, energy, passion and determination to succeed
- Proven ability to drive education and sales campaigns, initiatives and attendance at events
- Ability to build established relationships with Xero Partners
