- Build and manage enablement programs: onboarding, playbooks, product training, and demos.
- Deliver partner education via live sessions and self-serve content.
- Collaborate with Partner Sales, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing to close enablement gaps.
- Manage and optimize partner resource hubs/portals for easy access to content.
- Track and analyze partner engagement to improve enablement effectiveness.
- 5+ years in partner enablement, channel marketing, or sales/product marketing (B2B SaaS).
- Experience working with solution partners, resellers, or cloud marketplaces.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with enablement tools (Highspot, Seismic, LMS), CRM (Salesforce), and collaboration platforms (Confluence, Notion).
- Experience enabling partners in Atlassian or AWS Marketplace ecosystems.
- Understanding of channel/marketplace GTM motions.
- Background in DevOps, testing, or developer-focused solutions.
