The Partner Sales Manager at Dynatrace will develop strategic relationships with partners, generate interest in solutions, and collaborate on sales strategies, requiring selective travel for partner engagement and execution of initiatives.
Your role at Dynatrace
Responsibilities include generating interest in all of the Dynatrace solutions by leveraging the partner ecosystem. For both global, regional and national partners, the objective is to develop strategic relationships by creating joint business initiatives that leverage Dynatrace solutions as a fundamental component of the partner’s business. Partner Managers will jointly develop sales strategies with their partners and implement those initiatives by working with local sales teams. Partner Managers will be required to travel selectively to meet with partners and sales teams to gain commitment to launch an initiative and ensure successful execution of the established programs.
Your role within the team:
- Build and maintaing great relationships with Partners (both Global Systems Integrators and Re-Sellers) and internal stakeholders
- Recruit new partners that have the right capabilities to represent Dynatrace and work in collaboration
- Show knowledge of the Dynatrace value proposition and articulate a compelling value proposition
- Show an understanding of the partner's company, business, and GTM
- Help partners to build their GTM plan with Dynatrace, and ensures the partner has the necessary skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with partners and internal stakeholders
- Provide support in building teaming agreements / MAPs
- Join partner sales calls and meetings when needed
- Provide sales enablement and coaching
- Help the partners to build and execute demand generation initiatives
- Help the partnership get up and running by following the execution plan
Ideal Qualifications & Experience:
- An extensive track record in software sales, systems integration delivery / business development, channel management.
- Proven experience of working with various partners - both Global Systems Integrators and Re-Sellers.
- An interest in observability and why it matters.
- A proven track record of overachievement against targets
- A track record of recruiting Partners and generating new business revenues.
- Solution development experience in a software/services environment Managed Services, Digital Agency, and ISV ecosystem experience is a plus.
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic
