We are looking for a Partner Success Manager (PSM) to drive the success, adoption, and long-term engagement of our strategic partners.
As a Partner Success Manager, you will be the primary success partner for an assigned portfolio of partners, helping them build expertise in Wingify’s solutions, successfully support their customers, drive product adoption, and maximize the value of their partnership with us.
Similar to how a Customer Success Manager drives outcomes for customers, you will focus on enabling our partners to become increasingly self-sufficient, knowledgeable, and successful with Wingify’s products and solutions.
You will work closely with Partner Account Managers, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, Product, Technical teams, and Enablement to ensure partners have the knowledge, resources, and support they need to deliver strong outcomes for their customers.
This role combines partner relationship management, enablement, product adoption, value realization, retention, and strategic guidance, with a strong focus on building scalable and successful partner relationships.
What You’ll DoPartner Success & Relationship Management
- Own the success, engagement, and overall health of an assigned portfolio of partners.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations.
- Develop a strong understanding of each partner’s business model, objectives, capabilities, maturity, and customer portfolio.
- Create joint success plans with partners and regularly review progress against agreed goals and outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner success-related topics and coordinate the right internal resources when needed.
- Help partners progressively build strong expertise across Wingify’s products, solutions, and best practices.
- Plan and coordinate new partner onboarding to accelerate time-to-value and establish strong foundations for success.
- Coordinate product training, certifications, technical enablement, and ongoing education.
- Help partners understand how to effectively position, implement, and drive adoption of Wingify solutions for their customers.
- Identify knowledge and capability gaps and create actionable plans to address them.
- Organize regular product updates, enablement sessions, and upskilling initiatives to strengthen partner capabilities and autonomy.
- Monitor partner engagement, product adoption, certification progress, and overall partner health.
- Track Wingify usage and adoption across partner-managed customer accounts and proactively identify potential risks or gaps.
- Identify underutilized capabilities and work with partners to develop concrete adoption plans.
- Share relevant use cases, customer success stories, product updates, and best practices to help partners generate greater value.
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities to improve adoption, engagement, and customer outcomes.
- Proactively identify risks across partner relationships and partner-managed customer accounts.
- Develop and coordinate action plans with the appropriate internal stakeholders to address risks.
- Maintain clear visibility into partner and customer account health and escalate issues when required.
- Partner closely with Partner Account Managers on renewals, retention, and expansion opportunities.
- Ensure clear ownership and coordination when partner-managed customers require additional support.
- Consistently document risks, actions, decisions, and next steps in internal systems.
- Lead regular partner success reviews and contribute to strategic business reviews.
- Review product adoption, engagement, customer outcomes, risks, opportunities, and agreed priorities.
- Build actionable success plans with partners and ensure consistent follow-through on commitments.
- Use data and insights to constructively challenge partners and help improve their performance and customer outcomes.
- Partner closely with Partner Account Managers to align commercial objectives with partner success priorities.
- Coordinate with Customer Success Managers when partners are involved in customer accounts.
- Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Support, Professional Services, Product, and Enablement teams to resolve blockers and strengthen partner capabilities.
- Bring structured partner feedback internally and help Product and other teams understand recurring partner needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Contribute to continuously improving and scaling our global Partner Success processes, playbooks, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Customer Success, Partner Success, Account Management, Consulting, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of SaaS product adoption, customer success, retention, and value realization.
- Ability to understand partner business models and translate business objectives into actionable success plans.
- Comfortable working with data and using insights to identify risks, opportunities, and priorities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Technical, Support, and Professional Services teams.
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
