The Role

We need someone who's genuinely good at building relationships: logo partnerships, casual partnerships, strategic partnerships- all of it. Someone who values relationships, communicates well, and knows how to turn a conversation into a working partnership.

You'll identify partners, build the relationship, figure out how we work together, and make sure deals actually flow through.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and reach out to potential tech partners, agencies, consultants, and complementary service providers

  • Build and maintain real relationships with partner teams

  • Structure partnership models (referral, co-sell, white-label) that work for both sides

  • Own the partner pipeline and track deal flow

  • Represent Cyces at events and industry forums

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in partnerships, sales-related roles, alliances or any client-facing roles.

  • Relationship-driven. You enjoy building connections, not just "managing" them

  • Strong communicator, comfortable on calls with founders and partner teams

  • Organized, self-directed, follows up without being chased

  • High agency, bias toward action

Benefits

Why Cyces

  • You'll own the partnerships channel end-to-end

  • Small, high-trust team, lots of ownership

  • Exposure across product engineering, marketing services, SaaS, and data

What you need to know about the Chennai Tech Scene

To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
