The Payment Specialist will manage and coordinate payment processing tasks, communicate with team members and stakeholders, provide updates, troubleshoot payment issues, and comply with procedures as assigned by the manager.

The DataForce Payment Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of all payment processing-related tasks. The Payment Specialist will work together with the Payment Support team on daily tasks related to processing payments for independent contractors across different locations.
Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate all the administrative tasks related to the AI Projects
- Own all communication between different team members and stakeholders
- Provide timely updates to the PM/Account managers and Account Payables team
- Follow-up in a timely fashion with the Account team to release pending payments to independent contractors in different locations
- Monitor and control payment requests statuses, troubleshoot payment issues, and collect missing information
- Comply with relevant and applicable procedures
- All other tasks as assigned by manager
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Independence in carrying out assigned tasks
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Windows)
- Understanding of payment cycles, account payables and basic accounting procedures
Required Experience and education
- No previous working experience is required
- University Degree
