Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs assessments across clinical and administrative departments.

  • Develop and deliver training programs on topics such as patient safety, compliance, leadership, and soft skills.

  • Support onboarding and continuing education for healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, technicians, administrative staff).

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans.

  • Ensure training programs comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission standards).

  • Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics such as patient outcomes, employee performance, and satisfaction surveys.

  • Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and maintain accurate training records.

  • Coordinate with external training providers, accrediting bodies, and professional associations.

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field, or commensurate experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, preferably in a healthcare setting.

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills.

  • Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.

  • Understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations

  • Instructional design and adult learning principles

  • Empathy and cultural competence

  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making

  • Collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
