Essential Job Functions
- Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews, metrics and reports.
- Provide support for People Services initiatives and projects, such as employee
- engagement surveys, training programs, and company team building events.
- Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist with the preparation of People Services metrics and reports to support
- strategic decision-making.
- Create, Implement and evaluate People Services department policies and procedures.
Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR specialist.
- Complete familiarity with HR processes and programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with specific HR software, e.g., Workday
- Excellent Windows Office knowledge, especially Advanced Power Point & SharePoint; advanced Excel a plus
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, business administration, or other relevant fields.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suites.
