Who You Are:
We are looking for a strategic problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of People strategy, technology, and user experience with a strong grasp of HR systems, especially Darwinbox, and enjoys translating complex organizational needs into elegant, scalable digital workflows. You’re equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to configure systems as you are facilitating conversations with leadership to shape the future of People Technology.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead end-to-end People Tech delivery on Darwinbox - from requirement gathering and solution design to implementation and optimization.
- Partner with People Business Partners and leaders to understand evolving HR needs and translate them into efficient, compliant, and user-friendly workflows.
- Design and configure core modules such as PMS, Talent Management, Surveys, Recognition, Payroll, Compensation, Leave & Attendance and Analytics.
- Drive integration planning and execution to build a connected People Tech ecosystem across complementing applications like ADP, Snowflake, Shareworks, and Slack to name a few.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and scalability through testing, validation, and proactive troubleshooting.
- Mentor and support HRIS analysts, validating builds, monitoring support response SLAs, quality and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Champion adoption and continuous improvement, enabling HR teams and employees to get the most out of the platform through training, documentation, and support.
What You’ll Bring:
- 7–8 years of progressive experience in People Technology or HRIS roles.
- Proven hands-on expertise in Darwinbox, with at least 3 full-cycle implementations (from design through go-live and support).
- Strong solution design and configuration skills across multiple modules and workflows.
- A deep understanding of UX principles and how to design intuitive HR journeys.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate across HR, IT, and business functions.
- Experience managing integrations and data flows with third-party systems (e.g., ADP, Snowflake, Shareworks, Slack).
- A continuous improvement mindset - combining technical precision, process excellence, and empathy for the end-user experience.
