There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Summary: As a Performance Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will diagnose complex issues that the in-house performance testing team has been unable to resolve. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to analyze performance metrics, validate application performance, and ensure optimal capacity planning. You will also focus on application performance management and problem detection, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the software development lifecycle and architecture. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Splunk, Datadog. - Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies. - Experience with capacity planning and resource allocation. - Proficient in problem detection and resolution techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Dynatrace APM. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
