Lead performance testing: design, develop, execute and maintain load, stress and responsiveness tests (JMeter/Postman). Identify and report bottlenecks, analyze results, track defects, collaborate with developers to verify fixes, and document findings while improving testing processes and tools.
We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Lead with hands-on experience in performance testing using tools such as JMeter, Postman, or other open-source performance testing tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting performance tests to identify bottlenecks, assess system responsiveness, and ensure application stability under varying load conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform performance testing to identify system bottlenecks, assess responsiveness, and ensure application stability under different loads.
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases, scripts, and test plans based on project requirements.
- Identify and report defects, issues, and risks clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with the development team to reproduce, troubleshoot, and verify fixes for identified issues.
- Document test results, track defects, and maintain accurate testing records.
- Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web and performance testing.

- Web Technologies: Understanding of web applications, HTTP protocols, APIs, and system architecture.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in performance testing using tools such as JMeter, Postman, or equivalent.
