Responsible for managing the daily schedule, planning travel, assisting with personal tasks, and maintaining correspondence with high professionalism.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
- Management of the daily schedule, supervision, and coordination of all appointments, meetings, and personal events;
- Plan and book travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation; prepare detailed travel itineraries and manage any changes or cancellations;
- Assist with personal tasks and responsibilities, including family matters, appointments, shopping, and special projects. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times;
- Management of all outgoing and incoming correspondence;
- Execution of personal tasks assigned by the manager;
- Help with organizing household chores;
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- Previous experience as a personal assistant of at least 3 years is a must;
- Good communication skills;
- Stress resistance;
- Readiness for an irregular work schedule;
- Basic skills in working with a PC and Microsoft Office programs;
- Willingness to learn new things and develop new skills.
- Fluent in Latvian, Russian, English
