- Implement and manage GitOps deployment workflows using tools such as Argo CD and Tekton.
- Develop integrations between OpenShift and enterprise platforms through APIs and automation frameworks.
- Improve platform reliability, scalability, and resilience through automated monitoring, alerting, and recovery mechanisms.
- Build observability solutions using Dynatrace, Prometheus, and centralized logging platforms.
- Support containerized and virtualized workloads using OpenShift Virtualization.
- Collaborate with architects, application teams, and platform stakeholders to enhance developer experience and platform adoption.
- Contribute to engineering standards, code quality, automation best practices, and technical mentoring.
Required
- 6-10 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and Kubernetes.
- Experience designing, deploying, upgrading, and automating Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters.
- Proficiency in software development using Go or Python.

- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience developing Kubernetes Operators.
- Experience with OpenShift Virtualization.
- Experience with observability platforms such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
- Experience in private cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
- Experience enabling self-service platform capabilities for application teams.
