Job Description: 

Task Description: mainly Jira and Confluence, but also qTest, IBM ELM+, HP Quality Center,

• User Management: Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
• Project Configuration: Set up and customize Jira projects and Confluence spaces.
• System Administration: Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply updates.
• Automation: Implement automation rules to streamline workflows.
• Reporting and Dashboards: Create custom dashboards and reports using JQL.
• Integration Management: Integrate Jira and Confluence with other tools and applications.
• Customization: Develop custom fields, workflows, and Confluence templates.

Responsibility: 

• Feedback and Improvement: Gather user feedback and implement enhancements.
• Platform Management: Oversee upgrades, provide support, and contribute to the further development of our suite of tools.
• Scripting and Task Automation: Utilize bash, shell, Powershell, and Groovy for consumption scripts and task automation.
• Infrastructure Management: Manage the infrastructure, ensuring its stability and efficiency including oncall support.
• Migration support: Supporting the cloud migration activities.
• Training and Support: Provide user training and create documentation.
• Best Practices: Promote best practices and ensure compliance with policies.

Skill Set:  JIRA,JQL, Groovy scripting , Powershell and Confluence.
