Job Description
The PLM Project Coordinator leads E2E product introductions/extensions of lubricant and grease products which are manufactured or supplied in EMEA. He/she will ensure optimal Time to Market performance and closely interacts with key stakeholders to meet the aspired launch date. He/she will also drive introductions/extensions/withdrawals projects in EMEA.\
Will be responsible for collecting and providing all information necessary for smooth product launch/extension/withdrawal and providing timely feedback to all the stakeholders through regular calls and evidence in project trackers (Change Planner, Business Trackers)
He/she will also be responsible for managing the communication with the lubricants blending plants, LSC Planning teams, Marketing and Customer Ops with emphasis to drive consistency and alignment across EMEA portfolio projects execution
Work to continuously strengthen understanding of the requirements for each project, which ultimately will trigger a more credible and competitive implementation (or run-down for withdrawn products).
In close collaboration with Marketing, PLM Portfolio Analysts and PLM Data Coordinators, he/she provides inputs to the regular portfolio tail reviews and gives support in implementing the agreed actions.
When products are being withdrawn, work in harness with other LSC functions to build a credible run-down plan for both finished products and components without customer delivery issue and adverse costs impact (write-off).
Experience & Qualifications required:
- Proven project co-ordination/management experience
- Ability to deliver through others without formal authority and build strong business relations,
- Proved to be resilient under pressure and able to balance competing priorities or deadlines,
- Eagerness to maintain accuracy of information entered into the system,
- Proven logical thinking and analytical / troubleshooting skills,
- Ability to drive process improvement initiatives,
- Willingness to work on own initiative, with guidance on direction/intent
- Experience of using GSAP would be an asset,
- Knowledge of Lubricants Product portfolio and/or processes in Supply chain would be beneficial,
- Communication skills with stakeholders,
- This job manages cross border/regional transactions and hence requires fluent English (C1 level) and a good degree of cultural awareness
- With strong experience in Project Management
- Proficient in Product Lifecycle Management Process
- Well-versed Process Information Coding
- Skilled in SAP Master Data
