Own and support the end-to-end PLM (Windchill) lifecycle: development, configuration, upgrades, integrations (ERP, CAD), and data integrity. Gather stakeholder requirements, customize workflows/lifecycles, coordinate vendors, provide user support/training, and maintain system performance and stability.
Job Summary & Responsibilities
- Support Windchill upgrades, patches, releases, deployments, and environment refreshes.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Windchill customizations, configurations, integrations, and related applications.
- Automate deployment, configuration, monitoring, and operational activities using DevOps tools and scripting.
- Organize stakeholder meetings and ensure clear communication of decisions, actions, and responsibilities.
- Manage expectations across business and IT stakeholders and proactively communicate changes or delivery risks.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitLab or similar DevOps platforms.
Nice to Have
- Experience with NX, Inventor, SW, Montor graphics, or other CAD integrations
- Understanding of digital thread / digital twin concepts
- Experience working in global teams
