  • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Ensure teams are trained on AWS best practices, tools, and methodologies. Foster knowledge sharing and encourage the adoption of new AWS features and technologies.
Required Qualifications:

    • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana).
    • Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies.
  • Leadership & Communication:
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong presentation and reporting skills, including the ability to provide concise and clear updates to executive teams.
  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking:
    • Ability to anticipate challenges, think critically, and devise innovative solutions to complex problems.

    • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional.
    • PMP (Project Management Professional) or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
