How you will contribute
- Lead Local Cost Optimization Projects: Design and execute structured cost-saving initiatives aligned with productivity objectives, ensuring robust project governance and measurable outcomes - Contribute to Mondelez's financial performance by maximizing procurement contribution and implementing best negotiation practices.
- Lead E2E BCPs Process: Design and own the BCPs Strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry. In addition, develop and implement continuity and recovery plans ensuring end to end coverage across all business units.
- Governance & Procurement Excellence: Drive and ensure robust procurement governance across the organization, with a strong focus on contract lifecycle management. This role will serve as the key liaison between procurement, legal and compliance to guarantee that all sourcing activities align with internal controls.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Procurement, R&D Manufacturing, Quality, Business Development, PCM, and Finance teams to identify and implement both technical and commercial improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate Workshops & Risk Reviews: Organize technical workshops and roadblock resolution meetings to ensure feasibility, mitigate risks, and maintain project timelines
- Executive Reporting: Present project progress, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, driving informed decision-making and stakeholder alignment
- Continuous Improvement: Utilize data analytics, technical insights, and supplier partnerships to enhance product value and streamline procurement processes.

- Problem solving skills to ensure timely resolution of challenges
- First-class customer service orientation
- Learning and adapting quickly, working under pressure, managing multiple priorities and dealing well with ambiguity
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
- +8yrs of experience in Procurement, PMO, contract management or compliance roles
- Strong understanding of procurement regulations, risks mgmt., and legal contract
- Experience with CLM tools, eProcurement Platforms (e.g.; SAP, Ariba, Coupa) Power BI
- Excellent Stakeholder Mgmt, Analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail, with strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) mandatory, Portuguese is a strong plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel); experience with SAP/Ariba or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong organized skill
- Problem solving process understanding & simplification with Power BI tools
- Knowledge of ESG and ethical sourcing compliance is a plus.
