  • Risk Uplift & Remediation (TPRM Programme)

    The PMO Support resource will provide project coordination, governance, and reporting support to the Risk Uplift & Remediation workstream within the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) programme. The role will help ensure effective planning, tracking, and delivery of workstream activities, while maintaining alignment with programme governance standards and reporting requirements.

    Working closely with the Workstream Lead and wider programme team, the successful candidate will support the management of project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, dependencies, and governance deliverables. They will coordinate reporting activities, prepare governance packs and stakeholder updates, and ensure key workstream artefacts are maintained and up to date.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Support workstream planning, governance, and reporting activities. Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and dependency registers. Coordinate the production of status reports, governance packs, and stakeholder communications. Track milestones, deliverables, and remediation activities, escalating issues where appropriate. Support governance meetings through agenda preparation, minute taking, and action tracking. Ensure workstream documentation and programme artefacts are maintained in line with programme standards. Assist with the coordination of stakeholders and follow-up of actions across the workstream.

    Key Requirements:

    Experience in a PMO, project coordination, or programme support role within a change or transformation environment. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience supporting governance, reporting, RAID management, and project planning activities. Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting skills. Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities. Experience within risk, remediation, regulatory change, or Third-Party Risk Management programmes is desirable. Familiarity with project portfolio management tools such as Clarity, JIRA, or MS Project is advantageous.
