- Partner closely with senior Solutions Strategists on the onboarding of bespoke solutions, proactively identifying and resolving operational friction during mandate transitions.
- Work with the broader team to standardise, document, and optimise workflows to improve efficiency and create a robust and scalable operating model that facilitates the rapid growth of the business.
- Lead the preparation and coordination of internal analysis, governance materials, and recurring deliverables; monitor process exceptions and help strengthen control frameworks.
- Identify structural inefficiencies in current processes and collaborate with internal technology partners to design and implement automated solutions that systematically remove manual touchpoints.
- Champion the effective and practical use of technology, automation, and AI to improve recurring processes, documentation, and internal reporting.
- Take ownership of assigned workflows, ensuring high standards of quality, timeliness, and accountability in delivery.
- Develop and maintain key implementation materials, including investment guidelines, instruction letters, process documentation and control logs.
Desired Qualifications:
- 1+ years (Analyst) or 3+ years (Associate) of relevant experience in financial services or asset management, preferably across multiple asset classes and investment strategies.
- Proven record of academic achievement.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, investments (e.g. fixed income, equities, alternatives) and key financial concepts (such as asset allocation, risk analytics, performance, attribution etc.)
- Good understanding of multi-asset products, portfolio implementation, and the operational workflows that support customised mandates.
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and intellectual curiosity with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach, experienced in working with multiple partners to deliver projects on time and to a high standard, while also being able to work independently.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex problems clearly and simply for multiple audiences.
- Strong interest in leveraging technology and AI to enhance processes and platforms; knowledge of Python, SQL, VBA, or similar tools is a strong plus.
- Interest in learning and using Aladdin; familiarity with Aladdin is a plus.
- Exposure to investment guidelines, legal documentation, or mandate change structuring is an advantage.
- Completion of, or progress toward, CFA, CAIA, FRM or an equivalent qualification is encouraged but not required.
