Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Presales Director to join Natech’s expanding team. This strategic role will lead our presales efforts, driving successful engagements with prospects and clients by deeply understanding their business needs and translating them into tailored, impactful solutions. The Presales Director will work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams, leveraging Natech’s innovative platform to illustrate tangible value and support rapid client adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the presales process, including requirements gathering, solution design, product demonstrations, and proposal development.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients in banking, fintech, and related industries, guiding them through complex digital transformation journeys.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to build effective presales strategies that align with company growth objectives and market opportunities.
- Translate customer business challenges into tailored solutions leveraging Natech’s modular, cloud-native platform, emphasizing speed to market, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Natech’s platform capabilities, including core banking, digital engagement, lending, compliance, and open banking functionalities.
- Support RFP/RFI responses and technical discussions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and Natech’s value propositions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and market insights, influencing platform enhancements.
- Mentor and develop presales team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Stay abreast of the latest banking technology trends, fintech innovations, and regulatory developments to maintain Natech’s competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in presales or solution consulting roles within the fintech, banking technology, or financial services sectors.
- Strong knowledge of core banking systems, digital banking solutions, APIs, and cloud-native platforms.
- Proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders and build trusted client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
