Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Presales Implementation Engineer

with experience in the Cybersecurity domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with

Mobile Device Management (MDM), Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools, or Patch

Management solutions. As a Presales Implementation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in

working with customers to understand their requirements, assisting in the presales process, and

ensuring smooth implementation of security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and

translate them into technical solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) deployments, and solution

presentations for customers.

Design and implement security solutions, including MDM, RMM, and Patch

Management tools, based on customer needs and business goals.

Provide technical guidance and advice to clients during the presales cycle.

Assist in creating and customizing proposals, responses to RFPs, and technical

documentation.

Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployments,

configurations, and implementations of cybersecurity products.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during presales and post-sales phases.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the cybersecurity domain,

particularly related to MDM, RMM, and Patch Management.

Support clients in managing and securing devices, networks, and endpoints.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and efficient

implementation of solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain, with a focus on MDM (Mobile

Device Management), RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management), or Patch

Management tools.

Strong understanding of security frameworks and protocols for device management,

remote monitoring, and patching.

Experience with deploying, configuring, and supporting MDM solutions such as

AirWatch, MobileIron, or Microsoft Intune.

Familiarity with RMM and Patch Management tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or

NinjaRMM. Hands-on experience in presales activities, including customer engagements,

presentations, and demos.

Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to

non-technical audiences.

Ability to manage customer expectations, solve problems quickly, and work under

pressure.

Basic understanding of network security, endpoint protection, and IT infrastructure.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

(preferred).

Desired Skills:

Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security

Professional (CISSP), or any other relevant cybersecurity certifications.

Experience in network security and endpoint management.

Knowledge of cloud security concepts and technologies.
