What's the role?
  • Owning and managing the technology roadmap for the customer in alignment with the Account Director and working with cross functional teams.
  • Overseeing all aspects of a project, from defining its requirements to evaluating the finished delivery, i.e., specification of scope of delivery, tracking development against agreed scope, change management, risk management, validation, deployment, corrective maintenance, deprecation planning, retirement, and finally replacement.
  • Orchestrating deliveries all along the engagement life cycle through the definition and execution of the necessary release management and quality assurance activities including but not limited to, error and release management.
  • Identifying gaps in methodologies and/or processes for any part of the customer lifecycle and drive change for continuous improvement.
  • Consulting clients on potential opportunities to maximize their outcomes, improving their operations, increasing their adoption of HERE products and solution and identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities.
  • Being the Voice of the Customer by providing regular feedback to Product and Sales, as well as proactively driving executive-level review and decision making as needed.
  • Traveling up to 25%, both domestic and international, to meet customers and suppliers as needed.
Who are you?
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical fields.
  • 9+ years of technical experience (software / platform / engineering) with a pre-sales track record or equivalent technically oriented management function.
  • Strategic relationship management, leadership, networking, and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to influence and obtain positive outcomes from indirect reports.
  • Experience in all aspects of program management (execution and delivery) involving large cross-functional teams.
  • A strong sense of ownership of the customer account and ensure a trusted partnership is established with the customer.
  • Excellent consultative, advisory, organizational skills with an aptitude for strategic thinking, proactive risk management and problem solving.
  • Sound understanding of automotive infotainment, telematics or cloud solutions. 
  • PMI PMP certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
  • AWS certification (or equivalent) is a nice to have.

As part of the Customer Success team, The Principle Technical Support Engineer oversees day-to-day customer engagements and has an active participation to retain and grow those customer relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery and adoption of the HERE’s technology solutions by our customers. You will ensure the solutions adopted by the customers continue delivering the expected customer outcomes throughout the entire lifecycle.
