Principal Consultant, Support Legal

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience 13+ years.
• Strong professional experience in contract compliance, legal governance, or risk management.
• Proven track record of working with global legal teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, internal audits, and governance practices.
• Familiarity with ESG, data security, HR policies, and financial compliance processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Experience in a global corporate environment with exposure to multi-jurisdictional compliance practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the Global Legal Team to interpret, implement, and monitor contract compliance requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Internal Audit (Inspire), Finance, HR, ESG, Security, and TAP to ensure compliance frameworks are aligned with organizational policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement compliance monitoring mechanisms, reporting structures, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive awareness and training programs to embed compliance culture across the organization.
• Support audits, investigations, and assessments related to contract compliance.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on compliance risks, findings, and improvements.
• Ensure compliance practices meet both global and regional regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in LLM/LLB.
