Job DescriptionREQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience: 11+ years.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Marketing Cloud Engagement, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, Data Extensions, Personalization, and Intelligence (Datorama).
- Must-have expertise in leading and scaling Salesforce Marketing Cloud practices, including practice strategy, business development, service offerings, and delivery governance.
- Strong experience with Marketing Cloud Connect, Salesforce CRM integration, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, and API integrations.
- Hands-on experience in designing and delivering customer engagement, marketing automation, personalization, and omnichannel marketing solutions.
- Experience with Data Cloud integration, Customer Data Platform (CDP) concepts, audience segmentation, and data modeling.
- Strong experience supporting pre-sales, solution architecture, discovery workshops, proposal development, SOW creation, estimations, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Experience leading large-scale Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and digital marketing transformation programs.
- Strong experience in defining practice standards, reusable assets, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices.
- Experience building, mentoring, and leading high-performing global consulting teams, including hiring, onboarding, certification, and capability development.
- Strong expertise in executive stakeholder management, strategic consulting, customer advisory, and account growth.
- Experience with practice management, P&L ownership, resource planning, delivery oversight, and program governance.
- Good-to-have Salesforce certifications including Marketing Cloud Consultant, Developer, Administrator, Data Cloud, and AI Associate/Agentforce.
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, client management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the strategy, growth, and overall success of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud practice, driving revenue, profitability, and market expansion.
- Design and deliver scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions across customer engagement, marketing automation, personalization, and omnichannel campaigns.
- Define service offerings, reusable accelerators, governance frameworks, and best practices to strengthen practice capabilities.
- Lead discovery workshops, client advisory sessions, solution assessments, and executive presentations while supporting pre-sales, proposal development, SOW creation, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Provide architectural guidance for Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, integrations, and digital marketing transformation initiatives.
- Oversee delivery quality, solution architecture, technical design reviews, risk management, and stakeholder communications across engagements.
- Drive integration of Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, APIs, and enterprise systems using Marketing Cloud Connect and related technologies.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing Marketing Cloud consulting teams through hiring, capability development, certifications, and performance management.
- Establish strong executive relationships with clients, identify account expansion opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor for digital marketing transformation.
- Manage practice operations, resource planning, utilization, program governance, and overall delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with Salesforce, internal leadership, and cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
- Stay current with Salesforce innovations, AI capabilities, Data Cloud advancements, and emerging digital marketing technologies to continuously evolve the practice.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
