Job DescriptionREQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience: 11 years+
- Strong experience in Technical Program Management and large-scale program delivery
- Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps suite for program tracking, backlog management, and reporting
- Strong understanding and practical experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Proven ability to drive end-to-end technical delivery across multiple cross-functional programs
- Strong technical leadership experience, including mentoring Scrum Masters and delivery teams
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, product, business, design)
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevSecOps practices
- Experience in managing risks, dependencies, and timelines across complex programs
- Good understanding of APIs, web services, data systems, and modern application architectures
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with high quality and timely delivery
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive end-to-end technical program delivery from initiation through design, development, and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, identify dependencies, risks, and execution timelines
- Lead and mentor Scrum Masters, ensuring adherence to Agile and SAFe practices
- Provide delivery governance, execution oversight, and ensure alignment with business and technical goals
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and blockers across programs
- Coordinate communication across teams and provide regular updates to senior leadership
- Facilitate program ceremonies, stakeholder meetings, and governance reviews
- Manage multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring successful and timely outcomes
- Foster Agile, DevSecOps, and continuous improvement practices across teams
- Monitor program progress, track metrics, and ensure transparency in reporting using Azure DevOps
- Support UAT, release planning, and production rollouts
- Drive strategic and tactical initiatives to meet organizational transformation goals
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fields
