The Data Intelligence team is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the SabreMosaic program to evolve the airline IT industry to modern retailing concepts by transitioning away from existing structures to the creation of retail Offers that can be booked as Orders with intelligence and insights powered by data. The Data Intelligence focuses on integrating Retail Intelligence products into Offers and Orders (O/O), expanding Experimentation Framework into a platform for Airline IT and Distribution customers, designing Machine Learning (ML) models for O/O optimization, personalization and improved user experience, leveraging advancements in Generative AI to build new intelligent tools and to create new channels, and working on Data & Analytics. All this is to prepare airlines in adopting the O/O world, help them leverage full potential of the SabreMosaic and enable them in making better business decisions based on insights and predictions powered by data.

The Product Manager for the Data Intelligence sets vision and strategy for key competitive differentiators, focuses on business questions related to Offers and Orders that can be measured and answered via metrics, interacts with data engineering and data science team members to manage solutioning and data workflow designs for O/O SabreMosaic, Radixx and SabreSonic customers, plans evolution of the Experimentation Framework and productizes insights coming from ML models to help airlines become better and more innovative retailers.

Role Responsibilities

·       Drive product vision and strategy to deliver value to customers.

·       Become the product’s subject-matter expert (SME) on Data Intelligence and fully embrace the O/O paradigms.

·       Work closely with Architecture and Product partners on defining business requirements and success metrics.

·       Research and analyze customer segments, biggest pain points, new feature requirements and opportunities to complement existing products.

·       Initiate and translate product roadmap into manageable product backlog for development.

·       Lead capability kick-off and refinement sessions in collaboration with development teams

·       Write User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and test cases based on business requirements. 

·       Accept/sign-off team stories at completion.

·       Demo results of delivered outcomes to program-level stakeholders and customers.

·       Support marketing with go to market materials and enable operations to support the product.

·       Educate sales on the product value message and solicit product and competitive feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

·       Functional and technical knowledge of Sabre Airline IT space, including Offer Management, Order Management, NDC, Inventory, POS Applications, Data & Analytics, Payments, and Profiles. 

·       Prior experience as Product Manager, TPM, Business Analyst or Product Owner.

·       Knowledge of Cloud and Data domains.

·       Curiosity and drive for researching problem space.

·       Excellent English written and communication skills with the ability and desire to engage with internal and external stakeholders.

·       Strong technical aptitude to understand proposed solutions and collaborate closely with technology partners across teams.

·       Expertise with agile development and lean product marketing principals.

·       Needs to be comfortable with uncertainty, brave enough to make decisions, willing to fail and able to learn, and accountable on all outcomes.
