Primary Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for managing the AI Portfolio Management by tracking capital investments and realized benefits
- Application management and Product Owner for AI Initiative tracking tool including documenting requirements and working with the development teams
- Assist in vendor strategy, procurement processes, vendor sourcing, and contracting support operational and financial objectives
- Manage Workforce Mobility Processes and International Sponsorship requests
- Provide oversight and transparency on capital requests, approvals, and spend optimization
- Provide leadership and support to engineering and development teams
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience partnering with senior executives across business and technical domains
- 5+ years of experience managing complex enterprise programs and portfolios
- 5+ years of experience partnering with senior executives across business and technical domains
- 5+ years of excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
