As part of our global People Team, you will play a key role in driving transformation and innovation in our People organization. You will be part of a team of fun, innovative, and passionate people tasked with rolling out our new People strategy and supporting the growth and evolution of PTC. 

The Total Rewards Consultant is a hybrid compensation and benefits role located in Pune, India and focused on supporting the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures in India. The role may also have the opportunity to support other countries in the APAC region.

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct competitive pay analyses ranging from ad-hoc to complex proposals and recommendations in partnership with HR and management teams
  • Model complex global analyses and proposals with particular focus on short and long-term incentive plans 
  • Provide internal support for the People team on all issues related to the application of PTC’s compensation and benefits programs
  • Ensure PTC’s pay and benefits programs are competitive with the market while maintaining internal equity
  • Implement global compensation programs that remain consistent with local market conditions, company-wide financial goals, and PTC’s business strategy and HR strategy 
  • Play a lead role in global compensation program management including merit, incentive, and stock
  • Provide strategic insights into global benefits and wellness strategy
  • Lead benefits renewals for India with support of global and local brokers
  • Lead HR Technology projects

Skills and Knowledge: 

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in related fields
  • Expertise in short and long-term incentive plan design
  • Expertise managing benefits in India, including health, retirement, risk insurance and leaves
  • Experience using Workday
  • Experience working in a global SaaS company 
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical skills 
  • A minimum of intermediate Excel skills and experience working with large data sets 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while dealing with ambiguity required 
  • Ability to manage projects effectively while juggling multiple priorities 
  • Effective problem solving and communication skills 
  • Ability to exercise judgment and to make decisions independently 
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred 

Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • 7 years of experience in related field
