The Managed Services Associates plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of managed services to clients. By effectively helping clients leverage the best out of their EPM systems, the Associate contributes to the growth and profitability of the organization's managed services department. This role requires strong skills, technical expertise, and a customer-centric mindset to deliver exceptional service experiences and exceed client expectations.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM, specifically in Financial Consolidation (FCCS).
  • End-to-end support/implementation experience with Oracle EPM FCCS and TRCS applications.
  • Good to have skills: Experience with EPBCS, PCMCS, EPMAgent, EPRCS, and Groovy.
  • Must have client-facing experience, including discovery, scoping, and gathering requirements for FCCS.
  • Hands-on experience in managing FCCS applications for statutory reporting, management reporting, Multi-GAAP, IFRS, allocations, intercompany eliminations, and currency translations.
  • Expertise in functional aspects of EPM, especially Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting.
  • FCCS Rules writing experience, including reading, writing, amending rules, and understanding the system's impact. Familiar with business rules, calc scripts, and calc manager rules.
  • Consulting skills: Strong adaptability, flexibility, leadership, and ability to work well in teams.
Preferences
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle EPM Financial Close services or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM modules and functionalities, with at least one certification (level 2 support).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset, committed to delivering high-quality service.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
