Develops, implements, and utilizes processes, tools, and systems that enable the end-to-end Services Lead-to-Cash (L2C) lifecycle, including opportunity assessment, quoting, pricing, order management, invoicing, and billing. Maintains and enhances automation capabilities and system integrations across platforms to ensure efficient, accurate, and scalable commercial operations. Develops and manages product and service costing models to support pricing, profitability, and financial transparency.

Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.

What you’ll do:

  • Designs and implements processes, tools, analytics, and metrics to support quoting, pricing, order management, invoicing, and operational activities for an assigned customer segment or business unit.
  • Owns assigned operational capabilities end-to-end, including definition, documentation, performance, and continuous improvement
  • Acts as the subject matter expert (SME) for owned capabilities, processes, and tools, providing expert guidance to business, sales, and operational stakeholders.
  • Develops and delivers actionable analytics, performance metrics, and operational insights to support decision-making and service delivery.
  • Consults with business and sales leaders to identify process gaps, capability improvements, and desired outcomes aligned to business objectives.
  • Reviews evaluation results and performance data to identify trends, risks, and inefficiencies; performs detailed analysis and develops forecasts and recommendations to optimize sales resource deployment and operational efficiency.
  • Communicates data-driven insights, issues, and recommendations clearly and effectively to cross-functional stakeholders at varying levels.
  • Provides structured feedback and proposes enhancements to processes, policies, and controls to improve efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigation.
  • Supports operational excellence by ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance across assigned L2C activities.
  • Provides guidance, coaching, and mentoring to less-experienced team members, supporting capability development and knowledge transfer.

What you need to bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Minimal 6 years' experience in a relevant domain

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and governing policies, processes, and tools that support sales and operations.
  • Strong understanding of Services core processes across both domestic and multinational contexts, including hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Services CPQ, Salesforce (SFDC), and related services and commercial tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of organizational structures, internal policies, service offerings, and routes to market, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively in operational and commercial scenarios.
  • Experience working with SPIRA and Jira, including the ability to document requirements, write and execute test cases, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of business and sales operations best practices, with practical experience applying process design and operational frameworks to real-world business challenges.
  • Experience using forecasting and planning methodologies to develop recommendations for effective deployment of sales and operational resources.
  • Proven ability in problem identification and root-cause analysis, with a structured and methodical approach to resolving operational and process issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and the local language.
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders across functions, geographies, and cultures, driving consensus and impacting internal and external clients on a global (WW) basis.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with teams, exercise independent judgment, and manage ambiguity while delivering results within tight timelines.
