Responsibilities:

  • Review AI-generated summaries of medical documents for accuracy, completeness, and relevance.

  • Cross-check the summary against the specific client/underwriter requirement specification before finalizing.

  • Edit, correct, and format the document to match the exact client specification and template.

  • Verify medical terminology, diagnoses, and clinical details are correctly interpreted and represented.

  • Ensure zero/minimal errors in the final report — accuracy is a top priority.

  • Understand underwriting context to ensure the summary supports underwriting decision-making needs.

  • Deliver completed reports within the assigned turnaround time (TAT).

  • Escalate ambiguous, incomplete, or inconsistent AI outputs to the appropriate team/lead.

  • Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks set by the process.

  • Collaborate with team members, QA, and leads to resolve recurring AI errors or gaps.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Paramedical field (freshers eligible).

  • Strong understanding of, or aptitude for learning, medical terminology and clinical documentation.

  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Professional, courteous, and client-focused approach.

  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines/targets within a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to work day shift.

  • Basic familiarity with AI tools is a plus (training will be provided).
